3.2 Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify your identity and age, pkaz may collect copies of your government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other official identification documents, as well as proof of address documentation.

3.3 Financial Data. We collect information about your deposits and withdrawals, including payment method details (such as JazzCash account number, Easypaisa wallet reference, bank account details for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah transfers, or card details for Visa and Mastercard transactions). Full payment card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and are not stored by pkaz directly.

3.4 Transactional & Gaming Data. pkaz retains records of all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, games played, bonus claims, wagering activity, session durations, and related platform interactions. In most cases this is a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure.

8.2 Transactional and gaming records, KYC documentation, and responsible gaming records are retained for the full minimum retention period regardless of account status.

8.3 Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, pkaz will securely delete or anonymise your personal data unless retention is required for an ongoing legal, regulatory, or dispute resolution process.

11.3 pkaz may need to verify your identity before processing a data rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

12. Children & Minors

12.1 pkaz is strictly a platform for adults aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

12.2 If pkaz becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account closed.
