Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will not be paid.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkaz. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed and winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. pkaz is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). pkaz operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") policy in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time pkaz deems appropriate.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkaz username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted under your pkaz account, whether or not you authorised that activity. pkaz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your pkaz account, you must notify pkaz support immediately through the support portal accessible in your account dashboard. pkaz may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
3.4 pkaz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available at no charge through Account Settings.
3.5 pkaz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform or its users.
4.1 All transactions on pkaz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. pkaz supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pkaz Cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change and pkaz will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification is complete. pkaz aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements.
4.5 pkaz reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay processing, or request additional documentation for any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
4.6 No Chargeback Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without prior authorisation from pkaz constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkaz may suspend your account and pursue recovery of any resulting losses.
5.1 pkaz may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.4 pkaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
6.1 All casino games on pkaz are supplied by third-party software providers and operate according to each provider's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules prevail for that specific game.
6.2 All games on pkaz use certified random number generators (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) percentages are verified by independent testing laboratories. pkaz does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a game error, malfunction, or technical fault, pkaz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No claim for winnings arising from a technical malfunction will be honoured.
6.4 If a game result is displayed erroneously due to a technical error, the actual outcome as recorded in the pkaz server log will be treated as definitive.
7.1 All sports bets and other wagering activities are subject to pkaz's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the relevant section of the pkaz Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 pkaz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where the bet was placed in error (including odds errors), or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
7.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed on each market and are subject to change by pkaz at its discretion.
7.4 pkaz reserves the right to restrict betting access, reduce maximum stake limits, or close accounts of players who demonstrate consistently professional or advantage-betting conduct that is commercially unsustainable for the Platform.

9.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, pkaz will not permit the player to access or reactivate the account during the chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during its active term.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkaz's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your pkaz account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pkaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pkaz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 pkaz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
12.2 By registering on pkaz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for account verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and payment processing.
12.3 pkaz will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
13.1 pkaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkaz will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkaz holds its operating licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pkaz, you should first contact pkaz support through the in-account support portal with a full description of your complaint. pkaz will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within 28 days.
14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by pkaz's licensing authority.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkaz from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or stop any breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm to pkaz.
